We take every step possible in ensuring transparency with our homeowners. This starts with our bidding process. There isn’t one new build or renovation that is exactly the same, so each bid has to be unique. We try to avoid any surprises that may pop up during construction, so our bids are detailed, thorough and as accurate as we can get them. We challenge ourselves to stay within your budget. 

Custom Homes: We can take your architectural plans, your design inspiration and your budget to our trusted vendors and trades. We work with them all closely during the bidding process. Once all bids are back, we put together a customized bid package and set up a meeting with you to discuss. 

Renovations: We will visit your home and job site take measurements and notes of the areas. We send those off to our trades and subs and work closely with them during the bidding process. Once we receive those back, we put together your renovation bid package and schedule a meeting to go over the information.
